The IMS is based on formal procedures which describe the quality, environmental, health, safety & welfare management of the organisation using the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Safe-T-Cert and current Environmental and Health & Safety legislation as a reference base.
Our Health & Safety policy is to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment, to provide safe systems of work and to promote a positive safety culture. We have a comprehensive Health & Safety training program in place to ensure that all employees are appropriately trained and competent to carry out their duties.
Our Health & Safety policy is communicated at all levels of our organisation and we actively encourage all employees to assess their working environment and to report any risks as they arise. This two-way communication promotes a positive safety awareness culture with good leaderships and effective employee engagement so that everyone fully engages with our safety procedures.
Our aim is to deliver a ‘Quality End Product’ and a ‘Defects Free Building’. We adhere to a strict Quality Management System that is registered by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) in compliance with ISO 9001: 2008.
The effectiveness of our quality management system is monitored through the application of internal audits and management reviews together with the establishment of quality goals and objectives to ensure that the quality management system is maintained and developed on a continuous basis.
We believe that our on-going commitment to improving the effectives of our Quality System ensures that the highest possible quality standards are achieved, delivering a quality end product that is in full compliance with the the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014. We are an NSAI certified Company with a Quality Management System to I.S. EN ISO 9001: 2008.
