Works involved the construction of a New 24 Classroom National School in three-storey and part single storey incorporating Classrooms, SET rooms, GP rooms & stores, Teachers Room, Library resource room, Offices and other ancillary accommodation all of which extends to approximately 4,013m2. External works included the provision of a trunk access road and drop offs, new carpark, soft and hard pay areas, ancillary external store and all associated site utilities and drainage systems. There were also substantive surface upgrade, road crossing and traffic management works required to an adjacent public roadway at Millbrae Road
